My 22 yr old son is in jail on marijuana charges. He had almost 2 ounces and they are about to sentence him to prison for 2 yrs for "intent to sell"
He was in college with a lot of goals and plans until this happened last month.

We are filing his docs with the hopes of getting the charges dismissed after they are all in place.

Have you ever heard of that happening?

We paid WAY too much ($7,500) to have someone help us. Not knowing anything about this or about Tim Turner at the time.
But money can be replaced. Our freedom is priceless.

I really appreciate any input you can give me.

He doesn't deserve to go to prison for this.

My fear has been from reading online that this alone can bring charges. "filing the documents can be fraud charges"

I just heard that ALL documents sent to Treasury Dept MUST be on 32 pound IVORY paper or they will be thrown out!

I've got one of the new De Jure Grand Juries trying to help out with my son. What is your opinion of these guys? Do you believe they have power over the Governors office?

Have you not heard about the de jure grand juries that Tim Turner has set up in every state? That's what I'm trying to get more info about.

Well I am full blown in with the Grand Jury set up by Tim here in GA. They are actually going to try and get my son out. He may the first.

Yeah, I've heard it's due a whole lot of money right now. We'll see how that works out later. Right now it's his freedom we're fighting for. That's priceless. Some of us don't appreciate how precious the freedom is, until we loose it. When we're told we have to stay behind bars and when to eat, what to eat, when to sleep, when to get up, when to speak.
I just hope the Grand Jury is able to do this. I'm so afraid the request to the Governors office will be ignored. I "think" he may be the 1st one they are trying this out with.

Do you know what it means when they say the Restore America group pulled "the bonds" on the Governors?
And does that mean if the Governors don't comply with them, that they can file charges against them?

All public officers have to operate with a bond to protect them personally with any repercussions on any decisions made while they are serving as public officials, etc.

To get the governors to understand that the importance of the declarations that they received from the all of us in the movement, over 25 million per CIA statistics, their bonds were frozen. They were told that the people wanted to have their state change back to the de jure government and constitution of America. And those governors who did not want to comply could resign. Thus all governors are changing over now. There will be even more changes made and it will trickle down very soon.

Because my understanding is that he is the 1st person they are trying this out on! Do you think it could make things worse for him? At this point, that would be his luck.

Have you heard about signing things with "without prejudice 1-207" and "I'm signing under threat, duress and Coercion" ?

I've been trying hard to find out any info on if any of the Governors complied with the letter they got. So far, every interview I've seen with them has been the same.....they aren't taking it seriously at all. :(
I wonder what, if anything, will happen now.
A lot of people are saying this whole thing will just fade away. :(

btw..........do you know anything about what the "bonds" are that the RAP claims to have frozen on the Govenor's?
And I wonder how they did that?

I wish I could find the info. on how many Governors have complied so far. If any.
