What is Justice? What is Crime?

Justice for living humans exists primarily for society to help the individual check their mind and help them to limit their tendency towards "bad karma". The mind is a terrible liar in any of us. "Bad Karma", where outwardly visible, is also known as crime or "sin". Statutes, regulations and the like are not crime. Humans can not mandate human behaviors as bad karma or "sin". They can not replace or override or amend to natural laws by contract law. Common Law is the recognition of natural law and natural "sin". Observable Sin or bad Karma occurs where an individual hurts someone, interferes in their property or manipulates them emotionally or mentally as in misleading someone in or into a contract. That's why Common Law is simple and succinct and timeless and immutable and true and just. It is also why man made "laws", statutes, regulations and the like, are never crime and never just when used to amend Common Law. In fact, contract law, misapplied to living humans is bad karma, is sin and is crime. For example, in a misdemeanor court of "Law", all "crimes" are not crimes at all. There is no sin in not signaling for a turn or a lane change or going faster then the recommended sign. The crime in misdemeanor courts is not committed by the ticketed individual but committed repeatedly by the court itself. The court is the criminal deceiving the individual. In fact, misdemeanor court is high crime itself.
