Q: On the "Claim for the Life" form; will it fly without my DNA? ( Not giving that to ANY government agents). A:The CLAIM FOR THE LIFE document is to be kept sealed in an envelope in your private estate and only used if needed in a case to prove you exist. You can use a copy as an I.D. If you do not want to use a drop of blood for a DNA sample you can use a single hair twirled on a piece of tape.
Q: Both of my parents are passed on, so will any two witnesses do? A: If your parents are deceased you can use a state notary as a witness.
yeah... a Notary public is absolutly the best way. they can be your best friend if you know how to use them. i also herd from robert menard you can use three other human beings in good standing as witnesses if a notary public is not avalible. but your better off using a notary public, they are 'offical' . i even think they hold office and are considered 'officers of the court' im pretty sure 'claims of right' and 'orders to sieze property' can come from notary publics too, and not just courts. im not sure. all i know is , if you claim and prove facts, and they are notarised by a notary pulic, it should stand in any court in the land.
